Return Policy

Customers have one week from the time they receive the Frequency Adjuster™ or other products to initiate a return for a full refund. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued in the same method as payment was received.

Return Procedure

• Contact Hiddenwholeness Customer Service via email.
• Include a copy of your invoice or invoice number.
• Hiddenwholeness will reply within one business day with a return authorization.
• Item should be packed in the original containers or comparable packaging.
• The shipping method used should include a tracking number.
• Once package is shipped, provide tracking number to Hiddenwholeness via email
• Once package is received by Hiddenwholeness, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.

Shipping Damage

Should an item be damaged during shipping, notify Hiddenwholeness Customer Service via email immediately and include a photo showing the damage.

Product Performance

There are no guarantees with the use of the Frequency Adjuster. The experience is completely individual to you. Because it is aligning you with you, whatever is meant for you to experience is what will occur.
